We got back from New Orleans last night. Here are a few pictures:

The house we worked on in Lakeview New Orleans. Notice the water line two feet above the rain gutters

This looks like a job for SuperGreaseMonk Man!

Don't touch it! It's Evil!

Believe it or not, this was a kitchen. We had to shovel out the cabinets... along with everything else.

How tactless can you get: a tree removal service sign in front of this disaster. This is the type of work that we did for free.

I'm fixing a hole where the rain comes in,
and stops my mind from wandering...

The sign says: "Keep out - We shoot first!"

Central City Vineyard - New Orleans.

Pastor Mark's house that we helped clean up.

Pastor Mark surveying the damage.

Vineyard Christian Fellowship - Kenner. This building miraculously sustained almost no damage. They were to open the week the hurricane hit, and they immediately turned it into a staging area for the relief work.

This was our sleeping and dining room at the church.
